Activists of the Night Patrol detained another player of FC Krylia Sovetov in a drunken state. The incident occurred this morning. The young man cussed out behaved arrogantly and aggressively. He was drugged.
“It’s sad that after such a stunning World Cup, Russian football shows its wrong side. Russian football faces a lack of discipline and demonstrates this. But we continue to support our native Samara club, and hope that the leadership will take measures,” the activists of the Night Patrol said.
Earlier, 27-year-old midfielder of the Krylia Sovetov club Evgeny Bashkirov was detained for drunk driving. The detention was also held by Night Patrol. The footballer was driving a car-sharing vehicle. The athlete underwent the alcohol test, which proved a critical standards exceedance rate by three times. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the offender, after which he was released.
Oleg Zaytsev had wide connections within the criminal world and law enforcement agencies. This is being related to an organized crime group headed by Ruslan Kilievich that had allegedly been patronized by a former Federal Security Service Directorate officer Oleg Natalchenko. The crime group had also been a core driver for almost disbanding the criminal investigation department of the police.
