Anna Duritskaya gave testimonies on case of Nemtsov’s murder
The jury on the case of murder of the oppositional politician Boris Nemtsov considered written testimony of Ukrainian model Anna Duritskaya, who witnessed the crime.
“Close to the middle of the bridge I heard one clap and started to look under my feet, because I thought that it was a petard, which blew up. Then I heard more claps and saw that Boris fell on the sidewalk. When I turned around I saw a passenger car at the roadway of the bridge, which was quickly leaving towards Ordynka”, it is said in Duritskaya's testimonies, announced by state Prosecutor Maria Semenenko at a meeting in the Moscow District Military Court on Tuesday.
During verification of indications on the scene, the witness concretized that saw the car already after murder. According to her, the car was light gray, passenger, it moved in a line closest to the sidewalk. Nemtsov, coming back home, was moving closer to a bridge handrail, while Duritskaya - to the roadway.
Earlier the court satisfied the petition of the accusation party, which asked to announce written testimonies of Duritskaya, as so far the witness has not come for questioning in court.
In her testimonies the girl told that at 12:50 on February 27, 2015 she arrived from the Kiev Boryspil, at the airport of Moscow she was met by Nemtsov. From 14:00 to about 19.00 they were in Nemtsov's apartment, around 17:00 she went out to a shop approximately for half an hour. After seven in the evening Duritskaya went to SPA, and the politician - to air of Ekho Moskvy radio station. At 21:50-21:55 both came in Bosko café separately, from where at 23:15 they went home through the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge.
Duritskay told that she did not see nothing and nobody suspicious until murder.
According to her, after Nemtsov fell to asphalt, she ran up to the truck driver (it was the snow blower), who refused to call the ambulance and advised her to call 112 .
Investigation of Nemtsov’s murder
Five people are being accused of Nemtsov’s murder: Zaur Dadaev, brothers Anzor and Shadid Gubashevs, Temirlan Eskerkhanov and Khamzat Bakhayev. Criminal case is considered by military court as at the time of the crime conduction, incriminated to him, Dadaev served in the Sever battalion of the Interior Ministry Troops of the Russian Federation.
Depending on a role and extent of participation detainees are accused of conducting crimes provided by items (g and h), part 2 of Art 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Murder committed by organized group on hiring) and part 3 Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Illegal Arms Trafficking committed by a group of persons).
According to the investigators, at the end of September, 2014 persons involved, and also Beslan Shavanov for remuneration in the amount of at least 15 million rubles agreed to the proposal of Ruslan Mukhudinov and other unidentified persons to kill Nemtsov. Criminal case on Shavanov was dismissed due to his death during detention.
Boris Nemtsov was killed on February 27, 2015 on Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge in close proximity to the Kremlin.
Putin flatly denied having any compromising information about President Trump. He stressed that the Russian special services did not have enough resources for surveillance upon all politicians and businessmen.
