Altai cops fired for abusing man on crutches

Two police officers of the Loktevsky District, Altai, were fired after they had abused a person on crutches, which was caught on camera, according to the website of the regional department of the Interior Ministry.

The immediate superior of the dismissed police officers and five higher supervisors got reprimanded and disciplined.
The video with a man on crutches turning to law enforcement officers inside a jeep has been circulating on the Internet since November 14th. One of the policemen is seen rudely pushing him away, making the disabled person fall on the ground; he angrily hits the car with his crutch as it is going away. The jeep stops and the policemen approach the legless man, kick him and drag him from the roadway.
