All Roma detained in conflict in Chemodanovka taken into custody
Investigation into the murder of a participant in a mass brawl is underway in the Penza Region.
Penza’s Pervomaisky District Court took all 28 persons, who were detained in murder and attempted murder cases initiated after a mass brawl between Russians and Roma in the village of Chemodanovka, into custody for two months. All those arrested are Roma, the court reported.
On June 17, the court arrested 15 detainees, and 13 more suspects the next day. The fight mentioned in the criminal cases took place on June 13. Five people were injured, two were hospitalized, one of them died from a skull injury.
The incident caused outrage among local residents, and they gathered for a rally demanding the eviction of the Roma community living nearby. The situation was stabilized. The Romani were taken to the Volgograd Region.
Not so much time has passed since the death of Igor ‘Adolf’ Minakov, and, as many predicted, the silent transition to possible successors of the funeral empire, which he built on the shoulders of his mobs, failed. The newly-emerging representatives of ritual services not only steal the bread from the mouths of former ‘royal subjects,’ but also control the city elections with their fists.
