14 employees of detention center punished after death of Roscosmos top-manager
Some of them were dismissed, others - were demoted.
The capital Administration of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) brought 14 employees of pre-trial detention center Vodnik (PDC-5) to disciplinary responsibility after the check in connection with death in the cell of executive director of Roscosmos state corporation Vladimir Evdokimov.
As press service reported, a number of employees were demoted, others – dismissed. Earlier, the CrimeRussia wrote with reference to other media about change of the chief of the pre-trial detention center, which is also connected with the results of check. At the same time, as it is said in the message of the press service of department, the acting principal Aleksey Gorbachev “is in the dismissal stage from the penal correction system”.
To recall, on March 18 Evdokimov's body was found in a toilet of one of Vodnik’s detention cells with chipped wounds. At first it was supposed that he could commit suicide, but then proceedings on murder were initiated. Nothing was reported about detainees on this case, Evdokimov's cellmates declared that they were sleeping at the time of murder.
Authoritative businessman Sergei Mikhailov, nicknamed Mikhas, has recently been actively working on the rehabilitation of his name, seeking to clear it out of associations with Solntsevskaya OCG. However, judging by the book of former Geneva prosecutor Bernard Bertossa “Justice, Business, Corruption”, the bandit methods of Mikhas are well known in Europe.
