Accused of Rosgvardia employee’s murder to face trial in Dagestan
The ICR completed the investigation of the resonant case.
The Investigative Department of the Dagestani Investigative Committee sent a case against Artur Bekbolatov and Aziz Dzhamalutdinov, who are accused of murdering Junior Lieutenant of the police Magomed Nurbagandov and his brother, to the court. The crime was committed in 2016, before the death murderers tried to force the officer to call colleagues to leave the service, but he said: "Work, brothers!" Later, President Vladimir Putin awarded Nurbagandov the title of Hero of Russia posthumously.
The completion of the investigation was reported by Svetlana Petrenko, the official representative of the ICR. She clarified that several crimes were incriminated to the defendants of the case - part 2 of Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Participation in an Illegal Armed Formation), part 1 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code (Creation of Organized Criminal Group), Article 317 of the Criminal Code (Assault on the Life of Law Enforcement Officer), parts 1 and 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Intentional Damage to someone else's Property), part 4 of Article 166 of the Criminal Code (Unlawful Possession of a Car without the purpose of theft with the use of violence dangerous to life or health), Article 205.3 of the Criminal Code (Terrorism Activity), part 1 and part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code (Trafficking in Weapons).
It was established that before committing the murder of the Russian guard, the accused entered an illegal armed formation, namely a gang led by Magomed Khalimbekov.
Recall, the heroic deed of Junior Lieutenant Nurbagandov became known after the liquidation of the militant in Izberbash, in whose phone the record of the last minutes of the policeman's life was found.
The bandits demonstrated to the camera the service ID of the guard and demanded that he call on his relatives and friends not to serve in the police.
Nurbagandov refused and before his death said: "Work, brothers!" After that, he was shot. Later it was established that the execution took place in July last year.
Lawyers of Oleg Korshunov, who is charged with a large fraud in organizing the production of footwear for prisoners, do not see corpus delicti in his case. The prisoners did get their shoes, and the difference in the cost of footwear made from leather and split leather is about 10%.
