32 victims. Russia’s most dangerous serial killer wanted
The Investigative Committee of Russia believes that the Volga region’s serial killer can appear anywhere.

According to the investigation, the serial killer was active in 2011 and 2012 mainly in the Volga region and the Urals. It was then when he attacked most of the female pensioners aged 75-90. Experts assume that the serial killer planned his crimes elaborately. He always attacked women in Khrushchev-era apartments or met elderly women outdoors and offered to carry their bags.
While inside, he strangled and beat them to death with a blow to the head. After that, the man poured out detergent in order for the dog not be able to pick up the trail. It was only once when the criminal was caught by CCTV. At the present time, investigators only have a videofit of the alleged serial killer. He has not been identified yet.
One theory is that the criminal is a citizen of Tatarstan, however law enforcers have not picked up his trail yet. The murderer is likely to be lying low or acting under another model and in other places.
