15-year-old posh who ran over traffic inspector becomes defendant in theft case
The high-profile case of a drunk schoolgirl on Mercedes hitting a traffic police inspector in Chelyabinsk is continuing.
In Chelyabinsk, a 15-year-old schoolgirl who ran over a traffic police inspector in a drunken state became a defendant in a criminal case of theft (Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), reports Ura.ru. Earlier it became known that several days before the scandalous accident, the trial in relation to the 15-year-old Darya began on charges of robbery with the threat of violence (part 2 of Art. 161) and extortion (part 1 of Art.163).
With reference to sources in law enforcement agencies, the news portal notes that during a search in the girl’s room, a military revolver with cartridges was found and seized. In the case of the theft, the Leninsky District Court of Chelyabinsk chose a minor arrest as a preventive measure to a minor posh.
The press service of the Investigative Department of the ICR in the region stated that the investigation did not yet go to court with a petition for a preventive measure for a schoolgirl in cases that are investigated by the investigators of the ICR (robbery and extortion).
According to investigators, at the end of May, the accused, under a false pretext, extorted from a friend, with whom she was studying in one school, 1000 rubles ($15), and after a few days, she took the gold earrings from the same girl and her friend and threatened them with violence. According to the representative of the Chelyabinsk Prosecutor's Office, the accused said to the girls that she would “trample them into the asphalt,” would make them eat it and “kiss her feet.” Given the defendant’s reputation, the schoolgirls perceived her threats realistically and gave away decorations, which she then passed to the pawnshop.
Recall that the scandalous accident involving a 15-year-old schoolgirl, driving a Mercedes-Benz E-class 200, occurred on November 17. Drunk 15-year-old schoolgirl behind the wheel hit a traffic police inspector (at first two traffic police officers were reported, but the MIA confirmed only the fact of hitting one) who was trying to stop the car. Then she ran into a car that the police stopped before hers, after which she tried to escape, but crashed into a fence.
At first they tried to hush up the incident. The car belonging to the schoolgirl's grandmother was evacuated, and the management of the traffic police regiment ordered their subordinates to keep quiet about the incident, sending the victim home for treatment without a sick-list. Later it became known that the father of 15-year-old Darya is a major “authoritative” businessman, who was released after serving 2 years for hooliganism from the colony only this year.
The girl’s father Vladimir (last name not reported) is the founder of three companies in the Uysk district. According to SPARK, the revenue of the most successful of them last year amounted to 58.4 million rubles ($900,000), and profit to 16 million rubles ($240,000).
Previously, the entrepreneur was twice convicted for fraud against business partners.
The father of the schoolgirl received the last conviction for a clash and a shootout with the police. He was saved from a new sentence for the use of violence against a representative of the authorities (Art. 318 of the Criminal Code) only by the fact that the policeman was in civilian clothes. As a result, the court sentenced him to two years in a general regime colony.
Earlier the Main Directorate of the MIA for the Chelyabinsk region confirmed an attempt to conceal the fact of the accident with personnel, informing about the dismissal in connection with the incident of one of the leaders of the city traffic police regiment.
