Sites can be found if you go to search engines from abroad. At the same time Yandex represents blocked links in incognito mode.
Some sites blocked by Yandex and Google are still reflected - for example, the site of the social network LinkedIn.
Today, the law on anonymizers ban, services, which allowed bypassing blocking of websites, identifying the user as a foreign one, came into force. The new law suggests that the owners of such services should be entered in the black list of Roskomnadzor and block the access to banned sites.
