Previously, President's Press Secretary explained that the same companies worked at the International Aviation and Space Show every year, so the saleswoman did not change.

Moskovsky Komsomolets journalists could not find the saleswoman who sold President Vladimir Putin ice cream twice at the International Aviation and Space Show in Zhukovsky. Earlier, media noted that the girl behind the counter was the same person as in 2017. However, the next day, there was no ice cream van on the very spot where Erdogan and Putin bought a waffle cone.

“She must be a Federal Protective Service colonel, no less,” witnesses joked. There was a standard refrigerator without a display case standing between the Chinese pavilion and the Roscosmos stand. A further tour of the air show site showed that there was no such van and saleswoman at the festival. It was not even possible to find the ice cream produced by the Krasnodar group of companies Renna (the brand Korovka iz Korenovki) at the exhibition.

Previously, President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov explained why it was not the first time that the Head of State had bought ice cream from “the same” saleswoman at the International Aviation and Space Show. According to the Kremlin representative, it is obvious that the same companies work annually at the air show. “I don't know if it’s the same saleswoman or not. That's not really up to us,” he concluded.

To recall, on August 27, Putin bought an ice cream at the International Aviation and Space Show in Zhukovsky. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan also had one. The Russian leader paid for both. Putin chose a vanilla one for his Turkish colleague; he himself had two at once – chocolate and cream. The saleswoman asked 210 rubles, but Putin have her a five-thousandth note.
