St. Petersburg: teenagers attempt to burn alive 14-year-old schoolgirl
The girl has been sent to the hospital with burns over 50 per cent of her body.
Agemates in St. Petersburg have cruelly maltreated a 14-year-old schoolgirl. Three of her acquaintances attempted to burn her alive, reports the media office of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.
The incident took place on the night of November 14 to 15 in an apartment of a block of apartments on 16/1 Nauki prospect. The schoolgirl was spending time with three of her acquaintances at the ages from 15 to 16. According to the St. Petersburg-based media, the teenagers were drinking up alcohol and at one point poured it over the girl and fired her. The police have refused to confirm or deny this information, so far, stating that the check is being carried out into the incident, and the details are being determined.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs have also added that the victims had been sent to the hospital with burns over 50 per cent of her body. She is in serious condition with her head, arms and legs severely injured.
Two participants of the party - a 15-year-old guy and his 16-year-old girl friend - have been taken to the police division. The third teenager’s whereabouts are being established by the police officers.
