Rogozin fires ‘negligent comrades’ from RSC Energia

Roscosmos CEO Dmitry Rogozin fired the developers of the Federation spacecraft, which will replace the Soyuz and Progress series, for the shoddy work. At the same time, The Roscosmos head expressed hope to test flights in 2022.
“The work was not organized properly like many other projects of RSC Energia. As a result, negligent comrades had to be fired. Now the work is adjusted. Hopefully, in 2022 we will enter upon flight tests,” Rogozin wrote on Twitter.
Previously, six people from the RSC Energia flight test department, including cosmonaut Mark Serov, left the corporation for the private Russian company S7 Space. Since August 4, 2018, RSC Energia has terminated the employment contract with Director General Vladimir Solntsev.
More than 59 billion rubles were allocated. The launch is scheduled for the end of 2024.
The cadets have been found guilty of an Attempt at Murder by a Group of Persons by Previous Concert and for Mercenary Reasons (part 3 of Art. 30, part 2 of Art. 105 of the Russian Criminal Code). They do not plead guilty.
