Putin appoints 10 new Internal Affairs generals

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed ten new generals in the Russian Interior Ministry in a decree published on the portal of legal information.
Namely, President Putin promoted Roman Deev and Igor Ivanov to Lieutenant General.
The new police major generals are: Alexander Berezhny, Alexander Vostrikov, Mikhail Korobkin, Alexander Meshkov, Igor Ryzhevich, Alexander Tabakaev and Alexander Shcheglov.
The rank of major general was awarded to Valery Nikitin.
