One of Putin's envoys might occupy chair of Federal Bailiffs Service Head
Information on possible new appointment of the plenipotentiary of the Russian President in the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich appeared in media.
Envoy of the Head of state in the Volga Region and Head of state commission of chemical disarmament Mikhail Babich can shortly occupy a chair of the Head of the Federal Bailiff Service (FBS), report sources of Kommersant.
Former Head of FBS Artur Parfenchikov has held a post of the Acting Governor of Karelia. Meanwhile, the newspaper source in the government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region said that recently “information on possible shifts in plenipotentiary representation in the government of the region became more active”.
Neither press service of the envoy, nor FBS commented on the subject.
A federal judge other than retired Catherine Forrest will consider the case of Razhden Shulaya, who is charged with the creation of a criminal syndicate and other crimes, in the Federal District Court of the Southern District of New York.
