Dmitry Peskov believes that officials had not violated any rules.

Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov commented on a video with ex-Head of the Ministry of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev, ex-Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich and Deputy Chair of Vnesheconombank Natalya Timakova singing on a plane.

"There is nothing shameful in it, the main thing is not to violate any rules," Peskov said to RBC.

He added that government officials may well get together in an informal setting. It was difficult for Peskov to tell how the video got into the Internet, noting that it is not within the competence of the Kremlin to deal with such matters.

"It is hard to say. Does it matter where it came from? But at least this is not our matter,” said the spokesman.

Earlier, a video went viral on social networks in which the above-mentioned officials, glasses in their hands, sing the song of Nadezhda Kadysheva called Oh, destiny, my destiny on the board of an aircraft.

It is worth noting that some of the officials on the video are connected by the Russian agrosphere. Thus, Alexander Tkachev between 2015 and 2018 headed the Ministry of Agriculture, and then became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the family enterprise Agrocomplex named after. N.I. Tkachev. The ex-Deputy Prime Minister Dvorkovich in the summer of 2018 joined the supervisory board of the Rosselkhozbank.
