New Prosecutor of Krasnodar region is Mark Bolshedvorsky
On the 55th session the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar region approved the 3 Class State Counselor of Justice Mark Bolshedvorsky, nominated by the General Prosecutor's Office, on the post of the regional public Prosecutor.
The new Prosecutor was presented to deputies by his predecessor Leonid Korzhinek, who, on November 16, was appointed the Deputy of the Prosecutor General, Yuri Chaika.
As previously the CrimeRussia reported, 41-year-old Mark Bolshedvorsky, as Leonid Korzhinek, is a offshoot of the Irkutsk Prosecutor's Office, where he worked as a senior investigator, the investigator for particularly important cases and the Deputy Prosecutor of Angarsk.
Prior to becoming the Prosecutor of the Krasnodar region, Bolshedvorsky worked about 10 years as the Prosecutor of Sochi.
A federal judge other than retired Catherine Forrest will consider the case of Razhden Shulaya, who is charged with the creation of a criminal syndicate and other crimes, in the Federal District Court of the Southern District of New York.
Ismail Efendiev is suspected of exceeding authority in connection with the investigation of cases of detained earlier former First Deputy Prime Minister Ramazan Aliyev and nephew of the former head of Dagestan Askhabali Abdulatipov. Searches are being conducted at Efendiev's office and house.
