The State Department of the Interior in Moscow will dismiss employees of the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department, reports Baza telegram channel. It is planned to disband all operational-investigative units of the Moscow criminal investigation department and dismiss about 100 people, who will be transferred to district departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow.

According to the channel, employees of the Department, which is responsible for the fight against organized crime, will be dismissed. It is reported that recently the operational-investigative unit was checked by officers of their own security and prosecutors. According to the results of the inspection, the work of the unit was recognized ineffective.

Instead of the Department, it is planned to create 13 new offices that will perform similar functions.
