MIA promise to punish policemen who organized bar fight
An internal investigation is underway.
A service check is being conducted on the fact of the conflict between law enforcement officers, which occurred on Borisovskie Prudy Street in Moscow, the press service of the MIA Main Directorate in Moscow reports.
“The management of the perpetrators will be subject to strict disciplinary liability,” the MIA Main Directorate told journalists.
But the department nevertheless indicated that the incident did not occur during working hours and all the participants were in a civilian attire.
To recall, drunk officers of the Criminal Search Department, Road Patrol Service, and district police officers, who tried to separate them, became participants in a major brawl in a bar. 5 people were injured.
Former Head of the Losino-Petrovsky district of the Moscow region, Oleg Fetyukov, did not enjoy his power in the local administration for a long time. Just a year after his appointment, the long-term deputy of Andrey Vikharev voluntarily resigned. The courageous step did not save Fetyukov from arrest. Immediately after this, a number of media outlets stated that Fetyukov was “set up”– the charges seem too small to his defenders. The enemies attributed to Fetyukov did not achieve too much either. So whom does the ex-head of Losino-Petrovsky “replace” under investigation and how long will the investigators be content with the replacement?
