Medvedev signed decree on appointment of new MED Deputy Head

Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev appointed new Deputy Minister of Economic Development Azer Talybov. The relevant document was published on Monday, January 30, on the official portal of the Government of Russia.
Earlier, Talybov held a post of the Head of the secretariat of the Chairman of the Bank of Russia.
