Media disclosed Volodin and Neverov undeclared manors in Smolensk region
According to the information of the journalistic investigation, the secretary of the United Russia General Council owns a house of more than 1000 square meters and maintains stables, while the State Duma speaker allegedly has 30 hectares with a helicopter pad.
Dozhd TV channel found that Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin and secretary of the United Russia (Edinaya Rossiya) General Council Sergey Neverov own dachas in the Novogudinsky district of the Smolensk region. The correspondent of the channel refers to two sources and information received from local residents.
So, the fact that Neverov owns a house of more than 1000 square meters is confirmed by priest Pavel of the Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos in the village of Bolshevo in the Smolensk region. Rosreestr confirmed the existence of the house, but the address and the owner of the building are not indicated - the site is not defined on the cadastral map. The investigation notes that the Dozhd correspondent found a house of a similar area on a site that the locals call Neverov's dacha. It is noted that near the manor there is an artificial pond, and on the bank next to the pond there is a pasture and a stable.
In the neighboring village, according to journalists, the house was built by Artem Balykhin, the former Head of Vyacheslav Volodin's apparatus under the Presidential Administration. Balykhin himself confirmed that he owns the site in the Smolensk region, but did not talk about his neighbors.
Not far from Balykhin, according to the TV channel, there are territories belonging to the Bobrovo agricultural enterprise, which is 100% owned by Lidia Barabanova. Earlier, the Sobesednik edition had called her the mother of Vyacheslav Volodin, the Speaker of the State Duma. It is noted that the territory is listed as a maral breeding farm under the documents. Inside there is a plot of 30 hectares, which, according to Rosreestr, is used for "the construction of a health complex." Dozhd managed to find out that several residential buildings, an artificial pond and a helipad were built on the site. Residents of neighboring villages told the correspondent of the TV channel that Volodin often visits this manor.
It is noteworthy that there is no information about such areas in the declarations of the Speaker of the State Duma and Secretary of the United Russia General Council. At the same time, the interlocutor familiar to Volodin tells RBC that the investigation contains inaccurate information, and neither Volodin nor Neverov and their relatives have plots in the Smolensk region.
On September 21, kingpin Vladimir Vagin, aka Vagon, hanged himself. Two years earlier another thief in law Max Pioner also committed suicide. Vagon's lawyer does not believe in the version of suicide and intends to apply for a forensic medical examination.
