Karelian MP attacks town hall deputy director out of leaking roof

In Karelia, surveillance cameras recorded how a people's representative attacked a man and hit him on the head with his fist.
A record hits the press; a verbal conflict occurs between the two men.

According to the media, the deputy of the Medvezhiegorsk City Council, Alexander Plekhanov, turned out to be the attacker and the injured is the deputy director of the town hall named Belov.
Plekhanov had previously held the post of director of a local recreation center, and the conflict could have arisen due to the diverging opinions about the quality of the repaired roof. These works were produced in a cultural institution.
It is worth noting that the authors of the Medvezhyegorsk public in the VKontakte social network claim that the roof of the house has been repaired earlier.
Russia’s deposit insurance agency asked the court to involve an offshore company Clement Glory in a case against a fugitive banker and an ex-owner of Vneshprombank Georgy Bedzhamov. Clement Glory turned out to hold Bedzhamov’s real estate in Great Britain in pawn, reports RBC.
