Internal Affairs students have classes outside in the cold
A hotline worker did not believe the report was real and said it was nonsensical.
In Moscow, students of the Kikot University of the Internal Affairs had a class outside in the cold. The 360 TV channel published photographs with young policemen sitting at their desks outside, next to a dumpster. A journalist called the helpline, but the line worker said: "This is some nonsense."
The school is located at 12 Academika Volgina Street. The reason for the outside class is unknown; the university has yet to give a comment.
