The income of the head of the village of Kamenny in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, Oleg Spirenkov, doubled in 2018, Ura.ru reports; FSB officers found an underground fish-smoking workshop at his garage. Such information follows from the official income statement, published on the official website of the village administration.
According to the documents, in 2018, Spirenkov earned 4.5 million rubles. A year earlier, his income reached 1.9 million rubles. Also, the official declared a Yamaha snowmobile in addition to his BMW, GAZ all-terrain vehicle, two Ural trucks, one KAMAZ truck, a MAZ trailer, and a Taiga snowmobile. The income of the official’s spouse grew from 340 thousand to 776 thousand rubles. Also, the declaration stated that one of the three minor children earned five thousand rubles.
Earlier it was reported that FSB officers found an underground shop for smoking valuable fish species in the official’s garage. The company was the subject of proceedings at the level of YNAO Governor Dmitry Artyukhov. The frontier service launched a criminal case on the illegal harvesting of aquatic biological resources causing significant damage (Article 256 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Sources of Ura.ru report that his deputy Svetlana Kolesina may be involved in fishing.
The cadets have been found guilty of an Attempt at Murder by a Group of Persons by Previous Concert and for Mercenary Reasons (part 3 of Art. 30, part 2 of Art. 105 of the Russian Criminal Code). They do not plead guilty.
