In Tatarstan fined district police officer avenged giving ticket for unfastened belt
The video posted in social networks and shot on a smartphone by the district police officer Nuriyev from the Laishevo district center in Tatarstan, over 15 hours got 1500 views and provoked a lively discussion on the Internet.
The Senior Lieutenant Aydar Nuriyev in the presence of a witness drew up an administrative protocol on his colleagues from Kazan.
According to Tatarstan's press, on this day in Laishevo, the Tatarstan MIA inspection was taking place. After checking the documentation, the inspectors stopped the official car of the local district police officer Nuriyev and seeing that he went without a waybill he was fined in the amount of 500 rubles.
Nuriyev who got offended ambushed his colleagues on their way back: fined them in the amount of 1000 rubles for the unfastened seatbelt on the back seat while driving.
The Tatarstan MIA has already responded to the curious incident and promised to investigate and punish those responsible.

The prosecutors want the former Russian Federation Council member to go to prison for 14 years instead of 9 and pay a 500-million-ruble ($8.8 million) fine instead of 70 million rubles ($1.2 million).
