In Shuvalov's tzar-apartment a wonder elevator will appear
Residents of a skyscraper on Kotelnicheskaya embankment received a notice, stating that the owner of ten apartments on the 14th floor (and the representative of the Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov) Sergey Kotlyarenko wants to buy part of the entrance hall in a building (probably, to establish special elevator just for the official).
It is reported by the Anti-corruption Foundation (the FBK) with reference to anonymous information collected through the Black box. "I explain: the planning in this house is thereunder: with a separate staircase, with an separately elevator entrance hall (about 25 square meters), where four doors to four apartments are located. This is done for, God forbid, someone from other residents have not wandered into the Shuvalov‘s floor", said the founder of the Foundation Alexei Navalny.
He suggested that for this purpose a separate elevator will be installed, which will "stop at the floor of Shuvalov's only when you enter a special code, use a key card or another similar way", or the entrance hall will be divided into parts and build partition. According to the FBK’s representative, both of options violate regulation of fire safety.
An anonymous notice said that the issue will be decided by ballot of tenants. According to legislation, a conveyance of common property to Kotlyarenko is possible only if all residents of the house give consent. Navalny said that "It is practically impossible to persuade 100% tenants to transfer of common property," but "to stop the Deputy Prime Minister, who has gone mad on the basis of super-elite property" is not possible.
What is known about the tzar-apartment on Kotelnicheskaya embankment
Earlier it was reported that all the apartments in a skyscraper on Kotelnicheskaya embankment, acquired by Shuvalov’s representative, will be repaired using Moscow city's budget funds. The tender was won by Fund for Special Operations of Federal State Unitary Enterprise ATEKS, which assigned the right to Baltstroy company, belonging to the structures of billionaire Dmitry Mihalchenko, who had been previously arrested for smuggling.
In early July it was reported that Igor Shuvalov purchased ten apartments on the 14th floor on a skyscraper on Kotelnicheskaya embankment through his asset manager Sergey Kotlyarenko. It was reported that the total area of purchased apartments is 710 square meters, and they cost about 600 million rubles.
Representatives of Kotlyarenko and Shuvalov confirmed this information. Later lawyer Kotlyarenko claimed that the conflict of interest is excluded, because the First Deputy Prime Minister does not run by him with “impending state decisions”.

Leaking ‘cover’. Inquest against co-owners of Summa Group affects high-ranked enforcement functionaries
The investigation believes that the criminal community supposedly created by the co-owners of Summa Group – dubbed ‘kings of governmental acquisitions’ not that long ago – could not exist and operate so close to the circles of power without ‘patronage’ of high-ranked law enforcement functionaries. The CrimeRussia has identified the ‘circle of friends’ of ex-Senator Magomed Magomedov, who had used law enforcement structures to ‘cover-up’ financial schemes pulled off by his brother.
