Husband of Yamal deputy governor joined Police General Administration
Husband of Yamal deputy governor Vitaly Buchkov has been promoted.
The police officer has been appointed chief of MIA administration of Yamal. Previously, he headed the MIA city department. Personnel changes in the management of Yamal's Ministry of Interior Affairs have occurred this month.
As for the city police department, it is now headed by Vladimir Zyatkov. He used to be deputy of Vitaly Buchkov.
It is also worth noting that Vitaly Buchkov, who has been promoted, is the husband of Tatyana Buchkova, who holds the post of deputy governor of Yamal for social policy.
Let us recall that there was a change in the regional MIA's management in August last year, after which the agency was headed by Aleksandr Udovenko.
Saburova believes that the Russian authorities violated articles 2 and 5 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, guaranteeing the right to life, as well as the right to freedom and personal inviolability.
