Head of Ingushetia Security Council resigns
This is the fifth resignation of a senior official in the Republic.
Secretary of the Security Council of Ingushetia, Ahmed Dzeytov, has filed in a letter of resignation, a source reports.
There is no official information on the subject, as the resignation has not been accepted by the head of the Republic. Dzeytov indicated “own’s free will” as the reason for resignation, the source says.
In June this year, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, who headed Ingushetia since 2008, resigned from the post of head of the republic. He was followed by two deputy prime ministers of Ingushetia, as well as the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Education.
Dzeytov headed the Security Council of Ingushetia since November 2015.
Now the region is headed by Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, who comes from the Kokurkhoy teip.
