Head of Chelyabinsk court whose husband knocked down a man denied promotion
The Highest Qualification Board of Judges did not give Ramziya Lutfulloeva a recommendation for the post of deputy chairman of the Chelyabinsk Regional Court.
The Highest Qualification Board of Judges denied Chairman of the Central District Court of Chelyabinsk Ramziya Lutfulloeva a recommendation for the post of deputy chairman of the Chelyabinsk Regional Court. This is reported by Dostup.
It is reported that the judge faced problems after the chairman of the Chelyabinsk Regional Court was replaced. Former Chairman Sergey Minin supported her, however, the new head of the court, Vyacheslav Malashkovets, said that he did not want to see her as deputy.
After Malashkovets’s refusal, her colleagues began to file complaints against the judge. In particular, one of the judges was dissatisfied with the transfer from criminal specialization to a civilian one. According to Lutfulloeva, the transfer resulted from the fact that the judge’s brother served in the FSB, which complicated the distribution of cases. Before the transfer, the judge considered one of the cases involving the FSB.
It was also reported that her husband had knocked down a person. She confirmed the accident, but noted that the parties had no complaints to each other. Later, the Prosecutor's Office canceled the decision to refuse to initiate proceedings on the accident. Harm to the victim's health was changed from medium to severe. However, this claim was found to be unreasonable.
It was previously reported that February 15, the Qualification Board of Judges of the Chelyabinsk region would consider the issue of bringing Lutfulloeva to disciplinary responsibility and depriving her of the post of chairman of the district court.
