Former assistant to Prikhodko appointed Novatek top manager
Eduard Gudkov will supervise the relations of the gas company with state bodies.
Former assistant to deputy head of the government apparatus Sergei Prikhodko Eduard Gudkov is appointed deputy chairman of the largest private gas company board Novatek. RBC pens with reference to a source close to the company and Gudkov's acquaintance.
According to him, the ex-assistant to Prikhodko broke in his new duties on September 10.
Gudkov was responsible for legislative activity and legal expertise of normative legal acts in the government apparatus. In 2017, the media wrote that he could join the new Minister of Education, but the agenda changed.
The ex-employee of the government apparatus will supervise relations with government agencies (GR) in Novatek, one of the interlocutors of the portal said. Thus, he will replace Denis Khramov, who returned to the Ministry of Natural Resources after three years of service in Novatek in June 2018.
