Forbes: Kremlin 20 richest families

The family of the Presidential Envoy in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov, heads the list.

Forbes studies the incomes of all high-ranking officials of the Kremlin and the White House, who made public declarations for 2018 on April 12 and made a rating of 20 wealthiest families.

The family of the Vice-Premier and the Presidential Plenipotentiary in the Far Eastern Federal District, Yury Trutnev, comes second with an income of 540.5 million rubles ($8.3m). The revenue of the former Perm entrepreneur and Governor grew from last year's at 377 million rubles due to the sale of securities — Trutnev sold this type of assets in 2018.

The third line is Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov and his wife, Natalia. Their income amounted to 450.4 million rubles ($6.9m). Denis Manturov, who was the top manager of the enterprises-exporters of military equipment and armaments, regularly declares high income in the status of Minister. His wife, Natalya Manturova, is a famous plastic surgeon, doctor of medical sciences and chief specialist of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

Presidential Administration Deputy Head and Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov and his wife Tatyana Navka earned 231.4 million rubles in 2018. At the same time, Peskov's income was 12.7 million rubles, and Navka - 218.6 million rubles. They get the fourth line of the rating.

The rating also includes the families of Agriculture Minister Dmitry Patrushev (183.7 million rubles), Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova and Viktor Khristenko (95.5 million rubles), Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky (83.6 million rubles), First Deputy Head the Presidential Administration Sergey Kiriyenko (66.9 million rubles), Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology Dmitry Kobylkin (54.8 million rubles), Finance Minister Anton Siluanov (40.1 million rubles), the secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev (34.1 million rubles), Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Mutko (30.7m rubles), Presidential Envoy in the Urals Federal District Nikolay Tsukanov (27.7 million rubles).
