First Deputy Governor of Khanty-Mansiysk District to have a talk with Putin
First Deputy Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region Aleksey Shipilov has been summoned to the presidential administration in Moscow.
Aleksey Shipilov is responsible for domestic politics and ideology in the region. The Khanty-Mansiysk government representatives have not specified the purpose of deputy governor’s visit to Moscow, but noted that it is most likely due to the preparations for the presidential campaign, for which Shipilov is responsible in Yugra. In addition, members of the campaign headquarters also include Head of the local United Russia Party branch Boris Khokhryakov, as well as a team of sociologists and political scientists.
