Ekaterinburg: siloviki arrive at construction site of Congress Hall where Putin to deliver his speech

In Yekaterinburg, law enforcement officers arrived at the construction site of the katerinburg-EXPO Congress Hall, reports Ura.ru. According to eyewitnesses, law enforcement officers were looking for illegal migrants among the workers.
As Yekaterinburg’s incident public reports, all illegal immigrants were put in a bus parked near the construction site.
Igor Danilov, the director of Ekaterinburg-EXPO, told the agency that he was in Sochi at that moment and advised to contact the construction customer - Sinaru-Development, for comments. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Sverdlovsk region told that the agency would comment on the incident in the nearest future, while at the press service of the National Guard in the Urals district nobody picked up the phone.
The Congress Hall is being built for the Global Manufacturing & Industrialisation Summit 2019 (GMIS), which is to be held in Yekaterinburg. Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver his speech at the summit. Leaders of 19 states are also invited to attend the event.
