The Dagestani Communications Ministry promised smartphones to those who will lodge an accusation against extremists on the Internet. Information about this is published on the website of the hotline, where it is proposed to report, Grani.ru pens.
On the site of the hotline, the user is asked to fill out a form and send a link to the material, “posted on the Internet or social networks.” Experts of the Department for Countering Extremism will conduct the analysis of the documents submitted for violation of the law. The materials recognized as extremist will be sent to the Communications Ministry of Dagestan, and the Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the FSB. After that, as indicated on the website of the hotline, law enforcement agencies will block materials and initiate criminal cases within their competence.
