A criminal case has been initiated against police officers who arrested drunk St. Petersburg lawyer, Vladimir Bolotin, who caused a drunken row on the train St. Petersburg – Vologda and beat the train master.
The lawyer is charged with Hooliganism and Intentional Infliction of Light Bodily Harm. The court has sentenced him to 2 months in a pre-trial detention center. Criminal cases have been initiated against the police officers for interfering with the competence of the Investigative Committee.
To recall, during the night of March 11, Bolotin was performing investigative activities with the police. The trip was accompanied by drinking alcohol. After that, the lawyer began to walk through the train and break into the compartments of other passengers.
The train master failed to persuade the man to refrain from hooligan actions and decided to slap him in the face, for which she received a series of blows. The scene was captured on CCTV cameras.
