Companies of Moscow region governor’s brother pay $236.9mn for residential complex construction
Samolet will build housing near the village of Alkhimovo in New Moscow.
Samolet Dve Stolitsy, which is part of Samolet’s structure owned by Maksim Vorobyev via IG 11 CJSC, is to build a residential complex worth 14.5 billion rubles ($236.9 million) in New Moscow.
According to a message on Samolet’s website, the construction will be conducted on a 44.5 ha plot near the village of Alkhimovo. According to the project, the complex includes 363 thousand sq.m of real estate, two kindergartens, a school with a total area of 79 thousand sq.m, as well as necessary social infrastructure.
No construction permit has been obtained; Samolet intends to receive the document in 2018 and launch the sale of apartments in 2019.
Earlier, Samolet Dve Stolitsy signed an agreement with Khimki-Molzhaninovo JSC on the construction of 1.5 million sq.m of housing on the area of 136 hectares in the Molzhaninovo district, north of Moscow.
