The former Official Representative of the ICR Vladimir Markin, who had left for the position at RusHydro, has announced that the Colonel of Justice Svetlana Petrenko would assume his position at the Investigation Committee.
According to Life.ru, Markin has expressed full confidence in this.
"She was by my side all these years, faithfully serving the Investigative Committee. I think she will work just as faithfully after I leave. It would be great if she was assigned Acting Head in the near future. I believe Svetlana Lvovna Petrenko will succeed," Markin noted.
