Arkady Rotenberg's companies contracts for construction of Power of Siberia appreciated by quarter
The cost of construction of the main gas pipeline to China Power of Siberia is increased by 50.6 billion rubles.
The amount of Gazprom’s contract with company Stroygazmontazh (SGM) of Arkady Rotenberg for the construction of half of the linear part of the main export pipeline to China Power of Siberia has increased by 25.6% (50.6 billion rubles). This was reported by Vedomosti with reference to materials of a procurement.
We are talking about five contracts that Gazprom has made with SGM in the amount of 197.6 billion rubles in December 2015
The other day, Gazprom has updated information on the agreements concluded. According to new data, the subject of the contract is construction and installation work. However, the number of state contracts for new transactions remained the same as in the above-mentioned contracts for Power of Siberia. Thus, the total amount upon five contracts for the construction of Power of Siberia by SGM has increased from 197 billion to 248 billion rubles.
The reason for changing the amounts of transactions in the procurement's materials is the “price fixing". Stroygazmontazh company builds 1124 km of pipeline (of the common 2200 km from Chayandinskoye field to China) to send the Yakut gas to China - from the Neryungri District of the Republic of Yakutia to the border with China.
At the moment, Gazprom opened the construction contracts for Power of Siberia by 469 billion rubles. At the same time, we must remember that this amount is not complete, because the contract with the contractor does not include the cost of centralized delivery materials.
The contract for the supply of 38 billion cubic meters of Russian gas per year through the pipeline Power of Siberia Gazprom signed in May, 2014. The transaction's value is estimated at $ 400 billion.
Private game reserves became a bon ton among Russian politicians and businessmen. A couple of years ago, the Law On Hunting has been significantly amended and it became virtually impossible to join the privileged ‘hunters club’. So, who managed to acquire personal hunting lands and how much it costs?
This is stated in the indictment of the Prosecutor's Office. The defense of the ex-Minister asked to return the case to the supervisory authority, as the factual allegations changed, but the court refused to do so.
