Acting Head of Udmurtia disposed about resignation of regional Government
According to Aleksander Brechalov's decree, current regional ministers will continue to work before formation of the new Government.
Acting Head of Udmurtia Aleksander Brechalov signed the decree on resignation of the regional Government. However, as it is said in the text of the document, the executive body “will continue to work before formation of the new Government”. Thus, all acting regional ministers keep the positions as the acting heads so far.
It is noted that resignation of the government is connected with standards of the federal law “On General Principles of the Organization of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of the Government of Subjects”. The termination of powers of Udmurtia former Head Aleksander Soloviev became its reason.
As the CrimeRussia wrote earlier, on April 4 Vladimir Putin signed the decree on Aleksander Soloviev's resignation after the Head of the region was detained by the staff of the FSB. The Investigative Committee of Russia (ICR) initiated a criminal case over bribery against the official.
According to investigators, in May 2011, Vorotnikov ripped off several sock caps from uniformed policemen, threw them on to the roadway and stroked over the police officer's head twice during an unsanctioned rally.
