9-year-old gets gift. Son of Azerbaijan’s President turns out to have mansion near Medvedev’s residence

Under-age son of Azerbaijan’s President Ilmakh Aliev is an owner of a luxurious mansion in a prestigious residential area of Rublyovka located near a residence of head of Russia’s Cabinet of Ministers Dmitry Medvedev, reports Project Telegram channel with reference to the data by the Federal Service of State Registration, Land Register and Mapping.
According to the post’s authors, Aliev Jr. got a house with an area of more than 1.6 square meters and a country retreat with an area of more than 7 thousand square meters when he was 9 years old. His grandfather Arif Pashaev - a father of Azerbaijan’s current first lady - was the presenter. By the way, he is well-known physical scientist in the country.
It is being specified the country retreat is located in a high-end villa community Meyendorff Castle on Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway. His neighbour, according to some data, is one of the richest businessmen in Russia Vladimir Lisin.
The approximative market cost of the real estate is 2.3 billion rubles ($35 million). Detached house for guards with an area of 200 square meters is located near the mansion.
