$766 thousand to be spent on cleaning of ‘Kadyrov’s palace’

Chechnya authorities have published a tender on cleaning of an area inside the ‘palace’ of the Republic’s head Ramzan Kadyrov. The contract is being amounted to 51.1 million rubles ($766 thousand). The lot has been published on the government procurement’s web site.
According to the tender, municipal-domestic service is needed in an administrative complex situated on Grozny’s Tbilisskaya street. The outcome of the auction is to be announced on December 17. The client’s specific request is that the service provider must be between 18 and 40 of age.
