Wanted ex-head of Antipinsky Oil Refinery asks for $12m golden goodbye
A lawsuit from Gennady Lisovichenko has been filed with Tyumen’s Leninsky Court.
Gennady Lisovichenko, the former director general of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery, who is wanted in an office abuse case, filed a lawsuit against the company, demanding to pay him almost $12.000.000.
The information about it is in the files of the Leninsky District Court of Tyumen. The lawsuit was filed on June 14, and the court took up the claim on July 19.
According to the latest data from investigators, the whereabouts of the top manager are unknown.
As The CrimeRussia said earlier, investigators believe that the former general director caused 35-million-ruble damage to the company he fled abroad. He is on the federal wanted list now but an international arrest warrant is going to be issued for him soon.
On July 13, the former plant owner Dmitry Mazurov, suspected of fraud, was detained by security forces in Moscow. He was placed in custody for two months by court order.
