Investigating officers assessed damages from criminal activities of Vladimir Podolsky at 3.3 million rubles ($55.820).

Hearing of the case of Major General Vladimir Podolsky and former adviser to the head of Minpromtorg Volonel Sergey Gorbunov which impute the organization of swindle with dummy employment for 3,3 million rubles began in the Moscow garrison military court on Wednesday, March 15.

According to the investigators, from 2012 to October, 2013 when the General headed Federal State Unitary Enterprise Vedomstvennaya okhrana objektov promyshlennosti Rossii together with Gorbunov and the sister of the last dummy employed on a certain Vladimir Bely's entity to a position of the adviser to the head.

The salary put to him - more than 3.3 million rubles – accomplices divided among themselves. How many months Bely managed to ‘work’ is not specified.

Beside, the general is incriminated illegal storage of ammunition – during searches 96 cartridges to Makarov and Yarygin's guns were found at him.
