Thieves of Ministry of Defense’s apartments were sentenced to terms from 2,5 to 8 years
Malefactors appropriated 14 apartments of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the Department of City Property of Moscow using forgery documents.
The Zyuzinsky court of Moscow has sentenced 14 defendants in the case about theft of property of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the Department of City Property of Moscow to terms form 2,5 to 8 years. Sergey Maslovsky was sentenced to eight years of the maximum security penal colony and a fine of 200 thousand rubles.
According to the investigation, in 2013 swindlers got at their disposal the real estate by means of forgery documents on the right of receipt of housing under the agreement of social hiring, namely statements from orders of the Head of the operational Department of the Russian Ministry of Defense. Through these statements, the malefactors managed to privatize 14 apartments owned by government agencies.
We will remind that earlier other defendants of the case were sentenced, including the organizer of the fraudulent scheme warrant officer Valery Daniyelyan sentenced to 11,5 years of imprisonment.
Major of the Operative Unit No. 6 in the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, Kirill Dvoretskov, is the nephew of General Boris Pishchulin, who used to head the police of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.
