Video of producers of rations for Rosgvardiya detention published
Co-owner of Baryshsky meat-processing plant Mikhail Lakshin and owner of OPK company Dmitry Atroshchenko were captured on video.
The shooting of arrest of defendants in the case over large scale swindle during deliveries of rations for Rosgvardiya (Federal National Guard Troops Service) and the Ministry of Defense was published by RBC. On the shots security officers carry out detention of the co-owner of Baryshsky meat-processing plant Mikhail Lakshin and the owner of the OPK company Dmitry Atroshchenko in the building of the agricultural union Lyubava at the address: 130, Mozhayskoye Highway. Shooting is dated on October 13, 2017.
As the portal notes, 42-year-old Mikhail Lakshin (in a white shirt) owns 74% of Baryshsky meat-processing plant. According to the investigators, the businessman is also related to the Oboronprodkomplekt company, which within the contract with the Ministry of Internal Affairs delivered to Rosgvardiya over 1 million rations for the sum of 680 million rubles ($11.8 million).
The second defendant, 46-year-old Dmitry Atroshchenko is a CEO and owner of 100% of the OPK company which in the past was called Oboronprodkomplekt. Besides, the third suspect — 40-year-old owner and the director of Baryshsky cannery Mikhail Rodnikov is under arrest.
As the CrimeRussia wrote earlier, the criminal case against owners of the plants so far includes two episodes. According to the first, defendants artificially overstated the cost of goods, having caused damage of 98 million rubles ($1.7 million). The second episode - loud swindle with deliveries of rations, unsuitable in food, therefore swindlers have profited for 122 million rubles ($2 million).
In early November 2017, Basmanny Court of Moscow has satisfied the motion brought by the Main Investigations Directorate in the City of Moscow of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (ICR) and remanded Aleksander Shukyurov, Director of the Capital Renovation Directorate State Budgetary Institution of Moscow, in custody. The head of the institution subordinate to the Department of Capital Renovation of the City of Moscow that had acted as the client in tenders worth dozens of billions of rubles is suspected of swindling on an especially large scale.
