Shareholders demanded to withdraw 1.1 billion rubles from Polonsky
Shareholders of Kutuzovskaya Milya and Rublevskaya Riviyera demanded more than 1.1 billion rubles from developer Sergey Polonsky accused of swindle. The victims of Kutuzovskaya Milya are 103 people and Rublevskaya Riviyera – 12.
According to the comment of lawyer Slavik Brsoyan to Moscow City News Agency, the claims were declared within civil actions in connection with criminal case of Polonsky.
Brsoyan noted that part of the victims had already received money within the voluntary settlement of structural division of Miraks Group, which was earlier under control of Polonsky, with CJSC FTsSR.
According to approval of the voluntary settlement, only CJSC FTsSR is obliged to fulfill obligations to citizens investors, while Miraks Group is not, for this it abandoned the claim of 2.1 billion rubles from CJSC FTsSR.
Certain details have become known about the crime of which Denis Nabiullin is suspected. The “unidentified prisoner”, against whom the Public Monitoring Commission member Denis Nabiullin detained in Moscow had committed swindling, turned out to be infamous fixer and fraudster Dionisiy Zolotov (Tumarkin).
According to the criminal case, in August 2017, the investigator received a bribe from a man accused of committing a crime to prevent the latter from going to a pre-trial detention center as well as to provide for assistance in reconciliation with the victim.
