On Tuesday, the Prosecutor asked the Meshchansky Court of Moscow to sentence former CEO of the company Stroykonstruktion C Anatoly Ryazanov, who admitted his guilt in the case of embezzlement of 1.18 billion rubles during construction of the East spaceport, to 4.5 years of imprisonment.

According to the investigators, in 2012-2013, Ryazanov and Chief of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Spetsstroyservice of the Federal Agency for Special Construction of Russia Andrey Yartsev together with three accomplices spent more than 1.1 billion rubles allocated from the federal budget. At the same time “real costs for the specified metalwork constituted about 600 million rubles”.

Ryazanov signed the pre-judicial agreement on cooperation, his case was allocated in separate production. The special order is an attenuating circumstance in case of which the court can not appoint more than two thirds of maximum punishment.
