President of All-Russian Society of the Deaf arrested for embezzlement
Valery Rukhledev will be under house arrest for two months.
The Tverskoy Court of Moscow has granted the investigation's application and sent President of All-Russian Society of the Deaf Valery Rukhledev under house arrest, AGN Moskva reports.
It is noted that the person accused will be kept under arrest until July 23. The second defendant, the All-Russian Society of the Deaf Head of Finance Department Tatyana Zembatova has been detained for the same period.
According to the investigation, Rukhledev is involved in withdrawing more than 50 million rubles ($803,800) from the Society. He is charged with part 4 of Art. 160 of the Russian Criminal Code (Embezzlement).
Earlier, in January 2018, former Head of Legal Support Division of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf Presidential Staff Evgeny Novoseltsev was arrested on suspicion of swindling.
Major of the Operative Unit No. 6 in the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, Kirill Dvoretskov, is the nephew of General Boris Pishchulin, who used to head the police of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.
