Petrotrest former Vice-President cheated tax service during houses construction for FSB

Konstantin Kozyrev was arrested in November 2015 and placed under house arrest.⁠

In St. Petersburg a criminal case of the former Petrotrest holding top manager sent to the court.

Konstantin Kozyrev is accused of tax fraud after building a house for the FSB. According to Fontanka's source in the Vasilievsky court of St. Petersburg, Kozyrev is accused of a crime under Article 199 of the Criminal Code (Evasion of Tax Duties). According to investigators, the former Vice-President of Petrotrest, being in charge of finance, included false information in subsidiary of the holding JSC Petrotrest monolith's tax returns from 2011 to 2013, in connection with which the company allegedly evaded the payment of income tax in the amount of more than 21 million rubles.

Initially, the case was opened on evasion in especially large scale, but it came with a smaller amount to the court – with a large scale.

Petrotrest monolith built apartment building commissioned by FSB on Optovikov street. It was delivered in 2013. The comprehensive inspection uncovered that the company earned on the construction more than it specified in the declaration.

The first hearing on the Kozyrev's case is scheduled for today, on 19 October.
