Petersburg lawyer of OCG tried to bribe victim
Lawyers are suspected of bribing the victim in the case of Novruz Mamedov OCG.
The ICR in St. Petersburg opened a criminal case against lawyers Egor Gavrilenko and Oleg Karelov suspected of bribing the victim.
According to investigators, representatives of the defense promised 2 million rubles to the victim in the case of Novruz Mamedov OCG for change the testimony.
The man told about the proposal of Gavrilenko and Karelov to the FSB, and then they were surveilled. After the transfer of money, security officers raided representatives of the defense.
Currently Gavrilenko is under house arrest, in respect to Karelov the preventive measure has not yet been established. Soon, lawyers will be charged.
