Officer of Anti-Corruption Department accused of Swindling amounting to 100 thousand dollars
It has transpired that the law enforcement officer was trying to get 100 thousand dollars from the witness for avoiding criminal liability.
The case of the officer of the Anti-Corruption Department of the Head Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow Roman Ratmanov, who extorted 100 thousand dollars from the witness, is removed to the court.
Investigators believed that the detective offered his services to the witness. For the fact that the witness has not been brought to criminal responsibility in the case of raider attacks, the law enforcement officer asked for 100 thousand dollars. At the same time, investigators noted that Ratmanov knewat that time that the criminal case against the witness will not be in any case.
